During my first pregnancy I realised how little guidance there was around exercising safely while still feeling strong and capable. That experience led me to further my education so I could help other women move through pregnancy with confidence, prepare their bodies for labour, and return to exercise safely after birth.

Absolutely — Postpartum Power is designed around real motherhood. Babies are welcome at every session; they sleep, feed or play on the mat beside you while you train.
For most women, yes — with the right guidance. Every exercise is adapted to your trimester and your body, with a focus on deep core, pelvic floor and smart strength. Katie is a MumSafe™ and MamasteFit certified pre & postnatal trainer, and always works alongside your healthcare provider's advice.
Earlier than you might think — gently. The free Honour Your Healing guide covers safe breath and core work for the first weeks, and structured classes typically begin after your 6-week check (longer after a caesarean — we'll progress at the pace your recovery needs).
Yes. Classes are small and every exercise has options, so you work at exactly the level that suits you. Many members had never lifted a weight before joining — no judgement, just support.
Empower Your Pregnancy runs in Hobart (Tuesdays 6:30pm) and Kingston (Sundays 10am). Postpartum Power runs in Kingston (Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30am, Sundays 9am) and Moonah (Wednesdays 10:45am). 1:1 personal training is available by arrangement.
